Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026 DeYard is a service of SCMedia Ltd
DeYard is a Caribbean-owned streaming platform built to connect audiences with live and recorded Caribbean music and culture. These terms exist to be clear and fair — not to create barriers. By using our platform, you agree to the following.
1. Who We Are
DeYard (indeyard.live) is operated by Streaming Caribbean Media Limited (SCMedia Ltd), Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. When you use our platform, you are in a relationship with us directly — not with a third-party reseller or intermediary.
2. What We Offer
We provide live PPV streaming, on-demand concert access, subscriptions and in-person ticketing for Caribbean cultural events. Access to purchased content is delivered via a unique access code sent to your email. We are a digital platform — all content is accessed online.
3. Your Account
To make purchases you will need to create an account. Please provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases on our platform.
4. Access Codes & Purchases
Once payment is confirmed, your access code is delivered by email. This code is personal and non-transferable — it is your ticket to the content you purchased. Please do not share, resell or distribute your code. If you have trouble receiving or using your code, contact us and we will sort it out.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. You can cancel at any time from your account page — no penalties, no friction. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All video, audio, images and text on DeYard belong to SCMedia Ltd or our content partners. Purchasing access gives you the right to watch — it does not give you the right to copy, download, reproduce or redistribute content. We take this seriously because so do our artists.
7. Acceptable Use
We ask that you use the platform honestly and respectfully. This means not sharing access codes, not attempting to bypass content protection, and not disrupting the experience of other viewers. Accounts found in breach of these terms may be suspended without refund.
8. Our Liability
We work hard to keep the platform running reliably. However, SCMedia Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of DeYard. Where we are directly at fault, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services change. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email and the updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
11. Contact
